I like my body, but I really just want to get rid of 3 to 5 pounds by June 21 so I can wear a bikini really well.
So I’m making challenges for myself, and I’m hanging my swimsuit up in my room to see for every time I’m going to binge.
I haven’t binged in a couple of days. But before this… It was almost every day for three weeks or so. I don’t know why it got so bad again. Sigh.
This week’s challenge is: NO CHOCOLATE. Which is my worst binge food, and biggest craving. Nutella jars, truffles, Hershey Kisses… goodbye. *CRIES.*

... Soon, I WILL feel completely pretty and confident. I'm Heather, 15 years old, looking for a healthier life and some physical confidence. I don't think I'm fat at all, I just have some fat to lose. I am really getting there. I run and bike (cross country is my sport). I am 5"4.5 and I currently weigh 119 pounds, the weight I began at. You can see my progress photos, which proves that the number on the scale might not mean much. I understand that I cannot defy my natural body shape, I'd just like to perfect it. I hope I inspire you, please enjoy this blog!
