I realize that I put my starting weight as 118 when it was 119, eek. Sorry. Got that wrong. Well, since I started this diet on Friday the 17, I am on week two and have lost about a pound and a half already. So so so so so happy. I’m definitely keeping this up and will balance myself even when break is over and school starts on Monday. I think if I work on proper stress relief, this...

Diet; Day #7.
So far today, I’ve eaten…
Brunch; Two pieces of toast with peanut butter and honey, and a Cliff bar with soy milk. A cup of coffee with sugar and soy milk.
Dinner; A mixed greens and spinach salad with pecans and light ranch dressing. A tall glass of water. Early, I guess.
Snacks; Two plain Eggo waffles, two dates, ‘pirate booty’ snack.
Exercise; I don’t want...
