I lost a pound and a half last week, right?  No.  No, now I’m back to 120 again.  I have not binged, I’ve been eating very healthy, drinking tons of water and tea, and exercising a minimum of 5 times per week with 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of toning exercises.  I am so frustrated… I look better, too.  The tiny muffin-top?  It’s just a little bit of flab now....

I’ve been really good on this diet, except I need to start being a little bit more careful with my sugar intake (fruits, honey in tea, sugar in coffee… it can add up).  Other than that, I’m eating wonderfully and my exercise levels have been more than desirable.  Except, I just ate an exception-cookie.  It was chocolate and it had 8 grams of fat :(  but totally worth it.  This...
