Diet; Day #7.

So far today, I’ve eaten…

Brunch; Two pieces of toast with peanut butter and honey, and a Cliff bar with soy milk.  A cup of coffee with sugar and soy milk.

Dinner; A mixed greens and spinach salad with pecans and light ranch dressing.  A tall glass of water.  Early, I guess.

Snacks; Two plain Eggo waffles, two dates, ‘pirate booty’ snack.

Exercise; I don’t want to over-do my running, because I went yesterday and Monday and over the weekend I worked out very hard; so instead I went rollerblading for 2.5 miles.  It was more strenuous than walking but less strenuous than running.

I have to check exactly how many calories I’m eating.  There are cookies and chocolates everywhere and I’ve resisted my temptation all week long.  I’m trying my best to only eat when I am hungry and to never binge again.  It has been… exactly one week since I last binged.  I’m happier already.

About:

... Soon, I WILL feel completely pretty and confident. I'm Heather, 15 years old, looking for a healthier life and some physical confidence. I don't think I'm fat at all, I just have some fat to lose. I am really getting there. I run and bike (cross country is my sport). I am 5"4.5 and I currently weigh 119 pounds, the weight I began at. You can see my progress photos, which proves that the number on the scale might not mean much. I understand that I cannot defy my natural body shape, I'd just like to perfect it. I hope I inspire you, please enjoy this blog!
