I realize that I put my starting weight as 118 when it was 119, eek.  Sorry.  Got that wrong.  Well, since I started this diet on Friday the 17, I am on week two and have lost about a pound and a half already.  So so so so so happy.  I’m definitely keeping this up and will balance myself even when break is over and school starts on Monday.  I think if I work on proper stress relief, this healthy weight loss thing will get even better.
